2. App functionality
BLUPRNT provides on-device photo editing tools and presets. Some presets/features may be locked behind “Pro”.

3. Pro purchases
• Pro purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store.
• Prices, taxes, billing, and refunds follow Apple’s terms and App Store rules.
• You can restore purchases using the “Restore Purchases” button.

4. License
You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use BLUPRNT for private and commercial creative work, subject to these terms. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the app or its preset assets.

5. Presets and assets
Preset packs and LUT assets are licensed for use inside BLUPRNT. You may not extract and distribute LUTs/preset files as standalone products.

6. User content
You are responsible for the photos you edit and export. BLUPRNT does not claim ownership of your photos.

7. Availability and updates
We may update, modify, or discontinue features and content. We may also add new preset packs in the future.

8. Disclaimer
BLUPRNT is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or data loss resulting from use of the app.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Austrian law, with mandatory consumer protections applying where relevant.
