BLUEGRADE Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Sam Beyglikli (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use the BLUEGRADE mobile application (the “App”).

1. Who We Are
BLUEGRADE is operated by Sam Beyglikli. For privacy questions or requests, use our contact form.

2. Photos and On-Device Editing
Photos you select or import are processed locally on your device. We do not upload your photos to our servers and we do not use them to train artificial intelligence models.

The App uses Apple’s system photo picker and sharing tools. You choose which photos the App can access and where an exported photo is saved or shared. If you share an export with another app or service, that third party handles the file under its own privacy terms.

3. Information Stored on Your Device
BLUEGRADE may store limited information locally, including favorite presets, recently used presets, editing state, cached content, and temporary export files. This information supports App features and is not used for advertising. You can remove locally stored App data by deleting the App from your device.

4. Explore Content and Technical Requests
The App connects to sambeklik.com to download the Explore catalog and related images. When your device requests this content, our hosting provider may automatically process technical information such as your IP address, request date and time, requested file, response status, and basic device or network information. This information may be used to deliver content, maintain security, diagnose errors, and prevent abuse.

We do not use this technical information to build advertising profiles, and BLUEGRADE does not include third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

5. Purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Apple handles payment details and Apple Account information under Apple’s own privacy policy. BLUEGRADE receives limited purchase information, such as the product purchased and whether an entitlement is active, so that it can unlock paid features and restore purchases. We do not receive your complete payment card details.

6. No Account, Advertising, or Sale of Data
BLUEGRADE does not require you to create an account. We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and the App does not contain third-party advertising SDKs.

7. Legal Bases
Where the laws of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland apply, we process limited information as necessary to provide the App and requested content, to perform our agreement with you, to comply with legal obligations, and for legitimate interests such as security, service reliability, and fraud prevention. Where required, we rely on your consent.

8. Service Providers and International Processing
We may use service providers, including Apple and our website hosting or content-delivery providers, to operate the App and deliver content. These providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable contracts, privacy terms, and legal safeguards.

9. Retention
Information stored only on your device remains there until it is deleted by you, removed by the operating system, or deleted with the App. Technical server logs, if generated, are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for security, troubleshooting, service operation, or legal compliance.

10. Children
BLUEGRADE is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

11. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or an objection to the processing of your personal information, as well as data portability or the withdrawal of consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

To make a request, use our contact form. We may need to verify your request. Because BLUEGRADE does not use user accounts and most editing data remains on your device, we may not be able to identify or retrieve device-local information.

12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No electronic system or transmission method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as BLUEGRADE develops or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
